WestPark Direct’s friendly

We sell subscriptions for newspapers throughout the United
States, so the products we sell are interesting and constantly
changing. In addition, our emphasis on product knowledge and systems
knowledge will keep you informed about changes in the sales
industry.

Training & Supervision |
|
|
|
|
|
We train all new associates to
understand our sales processes, sales techniques, and computer
systems. We teach you how to listen to the customer, engage in
educated discussions about the products, respond with respectful
persuasion, and know when and how to end a call and close the sale.
We train all associates about each new sales campaign. Our
supervisors evaluate your performance continuously and meet with you
regularly for performance reviews. These one-on-one meetings are
designed to help you improve your sales skills.

|
Our sales associates must commit 20
to 25 hours per week, five days per week, which includes every other
Saturday (after three months of employment). New employees must work
every Saturday. You may work additional hours as
available.
Shifts / Hours of Operation Morning (9:00 a.m.
to 1:00 p.m.) Afternoon (1 to 5 p.m.) Evenings (5 to 9
p.m.) Moonlight (9 p.m. to Midnight) Saturdays (8:30 a.m. to
9:00 p.m.) (TSR’s work 6 hours scheduled in advance) Sundays
(Noon to 9:00 p.m.) (for extra hours)
